What kind of doubts senior used to ask from their higher senior:
Doubts will come on domain dependency + logical dependency. We may not visited company but we should visualize like we have visited the company. So that most of the (known + imagine)domain dependency will move from domain department to logical department that must be solved by myself alone to increase the level of responsibility. We may ask doubts on unknown domain portion from senior. But all logical things must be solved by my own intellect.
A complete union of mann towards work. All play inside mann will be only for the work.
For working with extreme smart people we have to be much smarter level person=>They will be living in the mode of full passion to perform by any means.
High passion to perform.Level of responsibility and maturity should be more. He should have good soft skill and more disciplined. We are not serious about our work and work culture.
Situation ko halka lo aur bahot kaam karne ka habit rakho. Good level of thinking that i have to give guarantee.
My mind has to be trained for becoming a vast and quality thinking engine. For becoming More devoted person training is keep going on.
Manifestation and discussing ability should be grown up.My vision should have a set of army of checking emotionological soilders.

Why we need a strong character and vast knowledge about role:
All character is having there creative level. Soul means me used to posses some character for different role under different circumstances. For playing the role properly we need to have that character strong. Learn to make high efficient character to play the certain role. character means identification (ahankar) based on this only all processsings happening inside mind.
Soul character that is super set as universal existence.
Character based on circumstances that is subset of subset of soul character.
Soul character we need to realize and Character based on circumstances we need to practice to get a high efficient version of it.
